PERSONALITY ASSESSMENTS

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) –  is one of the most widely used psychometric questionnaires in the world that was designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions It is based on the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung.  It is used to assist individuals identify significant personal preferences and can be used in a variety of ways: career exploration/management, inter-personal skills, team building, leadership, and self-growth.  When used in career planning it is a practical tool for investigating and recognizing satisfying work and careers. This assessment is administered individually or in a group by a MBTI® Master Practitioner.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®)Step II – This assessment helps individuals clarify and understand the differences of their four letter type through an in-depth, personalized account of their personality preferences by exploring 20 facets related to MBTI® type.  Through series of exercises that encourage individual processing of responses individuals will learn more about their communication, decision-making, conflict management styles.  This assessment is administered individually or in a group by a MBTI® Master Practitioner.
